With the approval of the State Council, from the date of the announcement, the "Notice of the State Council’s Approval and Transition of Tariffs and Tariffs Committee, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation on the Second Step of Clearing up Tariffs and Import Link Tax Reduction and Exemption Regulations" (Guo Fa [1994] 64 No.) on 20 kinds of commodities "no matter what trade method, any region, enterprise, unit or individual import, all tax reduction and exemption shall be stopped."

20 kinds of commodities include TVs, cameras, video recorders, video players, audio equipment, air conditioners, refrigerators and electric freezers, washing machines, cameras, photocopiers, program-controlled telephone switches, microcomputers and peripherals, telephones, wireless paging systems, faxes Computers, electronic calculators, typewriters and word processors, furniture, lamps, meals (referring to condiments, meat, poultry, eggs, vegetables, aquatic products, fruits, beverages, wine, dairy products).

From the date of the announcement, if the current relevant policies and regulations are inconsistent with the content of this announcement, this announcement shall prevail.
