03 Import declaration process

 

General trade agency electronic components import declaration process

 

01 Customer provides information

 

Arrival notice, original bill of lading or telexed bill of lading to the shipping company to exchange the bill of lading fee, wharf fee, etc., in exchange for the import bill of lading.

 

02 Both domestic and foreign documents

 

Packing list (with product name, quantity, number of pieces, gross weight, net weight, origin)

 

Invoice (with product name, quantity, currency, unit price, total price, brand, model)

 

Contracts, agency customs declaration/inspection declaration power of attorney, experience list, etc...

 

03 Tax declaration and payment

 

Import declaration, customs price review, tax bill, and tax payment (provide relevant price certificates, such as letters of credit, insurance policies, original factory invoices, tenders and other documents required by the customs).

 

04 Inspection and release

 

After customs inspection and release, the goods can be picked up to the warehouse. Finally, it is sent to the destination designated by the customer.
