International aviation logistics safety learning and interpretation

Polly Sunny Worldwide Logistics; Civil Aviation University of China, Zhao Zhenwu, Zhang Yi "A Brief Introduction to Air Cargo Advance Screening (ACAS)" 2021-10-26 17:10:29

The logistics industry is changing rapidly, how will you respond?

Air cargo has become another wind-gap, do you have a hunch?

Last week, Ricky, the head of air freight department of Sunny Worldwide Logistics, participated in the "International Aviation Logistics Safety Forum" to update us on the latest developments and related regulations of air freight in real time.

In this forum, various groups and units bring their research and results. We have learned about the transportation of dangerous goods, such as the safety assurance and risk control and management of the Covid-19 vaccine air transportation; the cargo and development of major airports at home and abroad (mainly in the United States); an overview of air cargo security inspection technology.

Everything is discussed and measured by safety. This is exactly what we have been thinking about. As a freight forwarder, while launching more and more air freight business, what are things that can be done and more can be done in terms of safety protection?

Our business covers almost Europe, America, Asia and Oceania, with the United States as the largest market. In the operation of American air transportation, the Air Cargo Advance Screening (ACAS) is a project that cannot be ignored. This project collects certain relevant information about the cargo in the early stage of the air cargo supply chain and conducts risk assessment on it.

This ACAS data can also be declared by freight forwarders. After we get the customer's cargo information, we declare the data as soon as possible, without delaying the expected delivery time. This requires us to have a high level of knowledge of cargo information. Only by submitting sufficient data as required can we avoid the trouble caused by repeated submissions, and thus ensure the safety of air cargo. Being responsible for customers and goods is also responsible for ourselves.

Sunny Worldwide Logistics has always believed that our service will be improved with continuous learning and an attitude of keeping improving.
