On October 29, the official website of Shanghai Pudong Airport Cargo Terminal issued two notices.

The first notice is that some dangerous goods and other goods will be restricted during the CIIE. The specific notice is as follows:
Dear customer airline:
From 00:00 on November 1st to 24:00 on November 12th, the cargo terminal has suspended: Class 1 explosives, Class 6.1 toxic substances, Class 7 radioactive substances, and all inbound and outbound flights involving guns and ammunition.
The airlines are kindly requested to inform relevant customers and coordinate overseas departments to suspend the transportation of the above-mentioned goods during the restricted period.
Involving ground road transportation requirements, please refer to the Shanghai Government Regulations [2020] No. 22 Document "Shanghai Municipal People’s Government on Strengthening the Safety Management of Guns and Ammunition, Explosions, Highly Toxic Radioactive, Precursor Drugs, etc. Announcement.
The second notice is to stop receiving 24-hour goods. The specific notice is as follows:

From 08:00 on November 2, 2020 to 24:00 on November 11, the cargo station will temporarily suspend the collection and transportation of air cargo that has adopted 24-hour isolation and storage security measures.
From 08:00 on November 3, 2020 to 24:00 on November 11, the cargo station will temporarily suspend the shipment of air cargo that has been segregated and stored for security checks for 24 hours.
