This customer added my WeChat on his own initiative. At the beginning, the customer told me directly that he had a lot of containers need to be shipped from various major ports in China and had high require about the price.

There also have three cooperating freight forwarders, and the freight forwarder with more appropriate price could get the order. The customer's first inquiry was for a 40HQ from Wuhan to Jeddah at the end of April. I quickly quoted our price, and the customer also accepted our quotation. The first shipment went well with our suppliers and customers. In the following month, customers successively delivered goods from Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen, and each shipment met the customer's requirements. Customers are also very satisfied with our service, as customers continue to understand and recognize us, customers also continue to increase the amount of goods shipped from our company.

Once customer want to the two 40HQ from Shanghai to Jeddah, after the customer asked the price temporarily didn't say to book the ship space, I , as a rich experience of freight forwarders, feeling the latest freight prices may rise with overbooked, then ask the customer specific goods ready time, and told the client the sea freight may rise and has the risk for overbooked, then customer let we contact suppliers to arrange booking in advance, sure enough, the sea freight soared USD400/CONTAINER and ship space was overbooked as we estimated, we help the customer get the shipping space before the freight rise in price, the shipment still help The household saved USD800.

In June, the customer asked us whether we could make goods from Pusan, Keelung in Taiwan and Port Klang in Malaysia to Jeddah. I did not even think to reply the customer that we could do that. As a member of WCA, our company has a very mature cooperation with foreign agents all over the world. Because the impression and feeling I gave to customers before were professional, responsible and efficient. Therefore, the customer quickly determined that we were responsible for the shipment of these several batches of goods. Finally, all the container arrived at Jeddah port safely without any accident.

Now this customer has about 13 containers every month that we are responsible for arranging shipment. We hope that this customer can be more focused on expanding the market and making his business in Saudi Arabia bigger and stronger under the service of our sunny worldwide  logistics.
